Tournament Details
Rules & Gameplay
20 minute running time
Possessions begin at 40 yardline
First down at 20 yardline
One-Hand Touch
No Blocking
No Laterals
Off. Pass Interference = 10yd penalty + Loss of Down
Def. Pass Interference = 10yd penalty + First Down
Four second sack ... No rushing the passer
One blitz per game... Four sec sack doesn't apply, QB must still throw
OT: 1 possession per team from 20 yardline + PAT attempt
2OT: 2 plays per team from 40 yardline, most combined yardage wins
Coaches allowed in the huddle
Defensive coaches asked not to stand behind the defense (extra 'body' on defense)
PPC 7on7 Scoring
Offensive Touchdown = 6 points
5 yard PAT = 1 point
10 yard PAT = 2 points
Pick Six = 6 points + possession from the 40
Interception = 4 points + possession from the 40
Defensive Stop = 3 points + possession from the 40
Seven game guarantee! (If bracket is full.)
Traveling Trophy (Undisputed Belts)
Awarded to winning team to possess until following year's tournament.

To be eligible to compete, ATHLETES must...
- be a member of the football program they represent in the tournament.
- have a signed waiver/release form on file with PPC staff prior to start of first game.
- be listed on team's tournament roster, submitted prior to competition.
To be eligible to compete, TEAMS must...
- have 7-15 athletes on a roster submitted by high school coach/administrator
- have an adult accompany team to tournament
- does not have to be HS coach, but coach is recommended
- have paid entry fee ahead of time (or made payment arrangements)
Registration Process
TEAM REGISTRATION can be completed online or by mail. (This form incl. roster & coach's name)

ATHLETE REGISTRATION can also be completed online or by mail.
For liability purposes, EACH ATHLETE MUST complete an injury release to be eligible.
Preliminary Individual Registration can be done online by clicking here , but a paper copy must be completed, signed, and submitted to PPC staff to be eligible to compete.
Paper forms should be returned to HS coach so all forms can be delivered to PPC staff together.
Once forms have been received, Coach Perrault will be able to contact the HS coach to verify.
Online registrations must be submitted no later than Monday, June 17, 2024.
Paper registrations will be accepted until Wednesday morning. (Need to be received by PPC staff by 8:30am)
